CGE Pro Meridian Flip Failure

Two nights ago (July 11) the CGE Pro mount flipped at around 02:58:47 o'clock. Last night (July 12) the mount did not flip, but rather started showing problems around 02:41:56 o'clock (maybe earlier).
Both nights were for the same targets, with the same filters, and in the same order.
Prior to last night, pier flips had gone well.
Any thoughts on this would be appreciated,
