I don't typically have sequence files with multiple targets, so I may be missing something here. I setup a sequence file with an "early" target (Horsehead starting @ 7:30PM) and a "late" target (M86 starting @ 1:30AM).
The first night the two targets were imaged properly. HH finished at 12:15AM and then SGP paused unit it started M86 on time.
The second night, I opened the sequence file with the same intent -- to image the HH first and then M86 last. However, when I started the sequence @ 7PM, it said waiting for M86 @ 1:30AM instead of seeing that the HH (first target in the list) had an earlier starting time and was expected to image first. After a lot of fiddling, I got SGP to say "Waiting for HH @ 7:30PM).
It seems like SGP "remembered" it had been working on M86 when it ended the previous night (sequence hit end time) and when I restarted it, it wanted to pick up where it left off rather than starting with the first target in the list, which had the earlier start time.
